Changes in time and priorities
If more and more hours are spent thinking about games, planning the next session or replaying
outcomes in your head, it may be a sign that gaming is taking too much space. Skipping sleep,
work, study or social plans so that you can continue playing is another clear warning signal.
Financial stress
Using money needed for rent, food, education or family responsibilities to support gaming is a
serious red flag. Borrowing funds, selling personal items or hiding spending from people close
to you can indicate that gaming is no longer just a hobby linked with the P77
world.
Emotional tension
Feeling intense anger, guilt or frustration after sessions, or believing that one more game
will “fix everything” are signs that a break is needed. Responsible play means being able to
walk away from the game, even after a difficult session, without feeling trapped by the desire
to continue.
